Meet Dorota Orosz, RN
I’m Dorota — a nurse, a neighbour, and someone who has spent most of my career sitting beside people in the quieter, more tender chapters of their lives.
My background spans many years in nursing homes and, more recently, in private home care. Both worlds have taught me the same lesson: seniors thrive when they are met with patience, when their routines are honoured, and when their home stays their home.

Why I Do This Work
At Golden Years Nursing Services, our mission is simple — to help older adults live with dignity, comfort, and joy in the place they love most: their own home. We believe that aging is not a journey to be endured, but a chapter to be embraced.
I became a nurse because I believe every person — at every age — deserves to feel safe, valued, and cared for. After years in nursing homes, I saw firsthand how much more a person flourishes when they are cared for at home, surrounded by familiar comforts and cherished routines.
My mission is to bring that level of care directly to you — so that your golden years are truly golden.
